TAKE ACTION

Once you are enrolled in our program we begin working with your creditors immediately. We are settling or permanently modifying the terms of you agreements with the creditors and will make sure that we have the proper paperwork signed by both you and your creditors so that there is no question that everyone is on the same page. 

As each debt is resolved and the creditor has been paid off, we will request the zero balance letters and copies of the paperwork the creditor needs to file to remove any UCC liens that were polaced against your company when you took the money initially.
